SHIPPING

Both products options have USPS Flat Shipping Cost. If you order the 2 valve pack, the shipping charge will be the same as for one valve.

Your order will ship usually within 24 hours during regular business hours (except Saturdays) but, can take up to 2-3 business days to ship.

If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Isol-us.com carry a Full Warranty against manufacturing defects. The consumer is responsible for installing and operating the valve

accoring to the instructions provided inside the packing.

RETURN POLICY

Even though we are sure that our valve will work pretty well in most toilets and will eliminate most of the flushing loud noise, if you do not like it, you have 30 days for returning

the merchandise to us, as all products purchased thru Isol-us.com may be returned for a refund, only if the product has been unopened and not used at all.

You must notify FloridaPool Supplies.com within 5 days of receipt of your purchase with the intent to return any item. Returned items must be unused and in the

original delivered state(unopened). You must then contact us at info@isol-us.com for a Return Materia; Authorization Number (RMA #). We will assign a RMA # within 24 hours
with all return shipping information, that must be attached with your return. Each RMA # is valid for 10 Days from date issued(no exceptions). If deemed acceptable as a return,
we will issue your refund due within 7 Business days (except Saturdays) after isol-us.com receives the product.

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns.
